CLIMATE CHANGE  Considered one of the most important environmental issues of our time, climate change can be defined as any significant change in the Earth's climate system, lasting decades or longer. Climate change can be caused by natural causes or it can be the result of human activities. Human activities, especially the burning of fossil fuels, which mainly generate greenhouse gases, are the cause of this serious environmental threat and the greatest threat to humanity. CAUSES OF CLIMATE CHANGE Human influences have been described as the root cause of climate change since the 20th century, this is where most changes are seen in them and they have different impacts, leading to changes in the entire climate system.
